McChord Airshow

This summer, we spent a sunny Saturday taking the kids to the McChord Airshow.  Jerrod has always loved aviation, so it was exciting for him to take us to see the airplanes.  The kids absolutely loved it.  It was a bit noisy for Kennedi, but overall, we had a great time.  The highlight of the event were The Patriots.  They were amazing.  We even got an amazing photo as they passed by some explosives.  










Kenendi fell asleep during the airshow!

WOA! I have photos with my Dad at the air show just like the one of Kennedi laying on Jerrod. How cute. I love those family outings!

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
