The Brower Bunch

Monday morning, we went to the San Diego Zoo.  As parents of young children, we were questioning whether or not we really wanted to use one of our vacation days on going to a zoo.  We didn't have the kids with us, so we didn't know if we would really enjoy ourselves.  Well, we did.  I loved that zoo.  We had heard numerous times how it was one of the best zoos in the world, so we just couldn't miss it.  It was huge, and we were able to get very close to a lot of animals.  It was great.  We took tons of pictures, so I won't comment on each photo. When we first got to the zoo, we figured that we had to go to the Panda exhibit first.  We had heard that it was sometimes a 45 minute wait, so we raced to get there.  When we saw these old ladies, we made a joke that they were walking faster than we were and that they were going to beat us to the panda!  It was funny...but maybe you just had to be there. Obviously I am having trouble getting our California trip on here.  For that reason,  I have to interject with other posts.  I took this picture a week and a half ago, and if I don't get it on here soon, I will be even bigger!  So, here is me at 22 weeks.  I am now almost 24 weeks.  Pretty much the same size though.  Baby boy is moving lots more and I love feeling him.  It never gets old...it doesn't matter that this is my 4th.  I LOVE it!!!   We are getting so excited for him to come.  We still have a while to go, but we have so many things coming up the next few months that I know that it is going to just FLY by!  He will be here before we know it.  I can't wait to see the kids with him.  They are both VERY much in love with any babies that they see.  It will be fun to see them with "their" baby.   I held a 2 month old baby the other day and couldn't believe how small he was.  I am so used ...

Newport Beach & Drive to San Diego On Sunday May 16th, we decided to go to Newport Beach to relax before our drive to San Diego. Almost the whole time we were in California, we didn't see much sun.  So, we went to Target and got a blanket, and pillow for the beach.  It was so nice and relaxing to lay down on the beach and take a nap.  It was pretty cold though.  We enjoyed our time there, but we didn't stay long because we still needed to drive down to San Diego.
