Kennedi and Zoe

One of Kennedi’s best little friends is Zoe. They get along so well and really love playing with each other. Here are a few pictures of them together. We spent one day trying to get the girls potty trained, but it didn’t really work. Kennedi is just being stubborn about the whole issue, but they had fun sitting on the potty together!









Kennedi and Tracie

Kennedi’s other best friend is Tracie. (Obviously she really is my friend, but she absolutely adores her) So there are a few pictures of them too. The other day, Tracie came over and Kennedi was upstairs. When Kennedi heard that Tracie was downstairs she yelled, “Wait Tracie!! I am coming!” Then when she got to the middle of the stairs, she yelled again “I am here!” It was so cute.

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. One of a few very special and significant days for me. I have only been celebrating this day for the past 7 years, but I will celebrate it for the rest of my life. Today is Birthmothers Day. Yes, I am a birthmother. I know that most of you do know this about me, but there are some of you who don't know and this will come as a shock to you. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
