Thanksgiving Weekend and Bauston's Blessing

I am back tracking a bit, to before I got sick, but these photos are too cute to not include them on my blog.
We went to Ellensburg for Thanksgiving weekend.  It was so much fun to be with my whole family.  It is always wonderful to be with all of my siblings.  We also went to watch my sister, Kristen, play in her Wenatchee alumni basketball game.  That is where these photos were taken....









 Kristen and Bauston came to town to visit for a few weeks.  While she was here, she had Bauston blessed.  My dad blessed him and it was wonderful.  He is our first nephew and we just love him.  He is so cute and the kids love their new cousin.  We can't wait to see him again!

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
