Flashback Friday: Jerrod's Birthday

Way back in August, Jerrod turned 31. 
We ate dinner at a yummy Japanese Steakhouse in Spanaway.  They had THE BEST fried rice that I have ever had. 

We sure love Jerrod and the blessing he is in our lives!!  







 Kohen really enjoyed the cake.  (This was obviously before I knew that he was allergic to Dairy.)

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
