Beach Day 2011


At the end of the school year last year, Kennedi's preschool took a trip to Salt Water State Park Beach.  We could take the whole family for a fun day.  Kaden loved it just as much as Kennedi.  But, Kennedi had absolutely no fear.  She wanted to touch every creature she could find.  



The beaches here in WA are rocky.  
 I love them in their cute little rain boots!







Kohen even came for the fun and loved being outside. 







I just added these because I think he is so handsome!!


We really had a great time.  I am excited to go this year.

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. One of a few very special and significant days for me. I have only been celebrating this day for the past 7 years, but I will celebrate it for the rest of my life. Today is Birthmothers Day. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
