Kennedi's First "Haircut"

Kennedi's hair has been driving me crazy lately. I think that it is because her bangs have been so long and she has had crazy long pieces that don't seem to belong anywhere. Whenever I have tried to cut her hair she has freaked out and screams like I was cutting off a limb. It was impossible to get her to stay still for me. I thought that maybe she would sit still for someone else. So, my good friend, Katie came over the other day and we decided to give it a try. With a little help from Little Einsteins, Kennedi sat perfectly still until Katie was done. It was amazing. There wasn't a huge change in her hair, but it was amazing how just a little bit of a trim makes her hair fall so much better!! Thanks Katie!!!

She was even perfect enough to give mommy some smiles!!

It has been a very long time since I have last posted.  Very long.  I have so much catching up to do, but I need to write about a very special little girl and the fact that she is turning TWELVE today.  I first wrote about my story here .  If you have no idea what I am talking about start there.  Read my story.  It was the first time that I really shared my story out in the open for the whole world to read about.  Five years later, so many things have changed.  I have changed.  We have added 2 more beautiful boys to our family.  We are blessed beyond what we could have imagined.  Today, I will be thinking about Alex all day and I will play the events over and over in my head for the next few days. Kaden Wyatt Brower

He is finally here!! Kaden Wyatt Brower was born September 4th, 2008 at 2:21 am. He weighed 8 lbs. 10 oz. and was 21 in long. Everything went very well. He is amazing and Kennedi is a very proud older sister!! I will write more later. We just wanted to get these up for friends and family! Enjoy!
