Easter 2011

We had a wonderful Easter this year.  Friday, April 22nd, we decorated eggs with the kids.  They loved it.  It was hard for them to wait patiently for the eggs to dye, but they had so much fun.






 The Easter Bunny came and left a few things for Kennedi and Kaden.  






 I love this next photo.  He was so excited to find his eggs.

It was a wonderful Easter.  I love celebrating our Savior.  We were able to talk with Kennedi this year about how Easter is really all about Jesus Christ.  She kept talking about how He is alive again.  She is so smart and it makes me want to teach her as much as I can while she is young.  
I am so thankful for our Savior, Jesus Christ and His love for us.

What a great Easter! The kids look like they were loving it - even Kohen :) But then, he ALWAYS looks happy.

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
