Actually

I forgot to mention Kaden's favorite word.  
It is: "Actually".
He says this on a daily basis, numerous times.  
He even uses it correctly.
"Mom, I want a banana.  Actually, Mom....I want an apple."
"I want the blue cup.  Actually, I want the green one."
And so on and so on.  
But, my absolute favorite of all time was when he said it the other day.  We were in the car and he saw an airplane.  

He said, "Mom, I see an airplane!!!" 
Me:  "Yup, your right!  That's an airplane!"
Kaden:  "Actually Mom, that's a Jet."

It's so fun remembering little things about our kids. I swear I thought of 100 more things about Everett after I posted about him.

Kaden is really a super cute kid. I love that he hides behind things just to scare you. I can't wait for that stuff with Ev... but then, I can.

A VERY Significant Day

I am behind on some blogging, but I realized that I won't be able to get all of that done right now before I post this. And, I really want to post this today. Some people get the opportunity to have something so significant in their life happen that changes them forever. I am one of those people. Today is a very special day for me. My Story--10 Years

I have many titles, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, etc.  I cherish all of those titles, and try to be the best that I can be in each of those areas.  But, a title that I hold very dear to my heart is the title of "Birthmother".  Almost three years ago, I came "out" to the world that I was a Birthmother.  Close friends and family knew, but I wasn't ready to be so open about it yet.  I finally felt I was ready, and wrote my story HERE .  Please feel free to read it.  It is a long one, but it is the whole story.
